Split project is a multifunctional building designed to include various contents, including hotel, offices, apartments, shopping & garage.

The basic concept is the base within which there is a shopping center on the first two floors while on the upper two there are offices with a large atrium.

The upper two towers would be able to accommodate different facilities. There would be offices on the north tower while there would be a hotel in the south one.
