The new significance of the building will be achieved by presenting a space that has never been possible before. Divided into vertical units from floor to roof, volume will now accept completely new content for which it was by no means originally intended. To make this possible it will be necessary to go through a major reconstruction that will surely demolish some of its historic parts, but the final appearance of the building is certainly worth it.
