According to international standards of shopping centers with its total size of 79,020 m² of which 40,240 m² of rental area is classified as a regional shopping center and as such is intended for buyers and visitors from eastern Croatia, but also the wider gravity area and neighboring countries: Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

The building has the shape of a huge stone placed on the ground. The main entrances to the center are located in places where the stone appears to have broken off when falling to the ground. These two places, which give the impression of cuts in the stone, separate the building into three parts that connect the promenades as the main cores within the shopping center.
