The master plan for the resort on Cres is located in a beautiful bay on the north side of the island next to the small fishing village of Valun. There is almost no construction in the whole bay area so there are no obstacles for magnificent view of the Istrian peninsula.

The master plan envisages a rare construction on an area of 30 ha that would fit harmoniously into the environment. In the first zone there would be a hotel with a swimming pool complex. In the middle there would be an area with villas, while at the top there is a planned apartment complex.

Existing road leads to small port area while pedestrian pathways are atternately passing through different types of environment: between the houses ('urban') and green areas (landscape). While using the stairs to reach the coast, changing sensations along the way make the journey interesting and desirable even from the outermost objects.
